Declaration of Nationality and Pricing Policy

The user acknowledges and undertakes that the nationality information provided during the booking process is accurate. The pricing policies applied by the hotel may vary depending on the nationality and/or residence details provided by the user. Should it be determined that the User has made a booking by selecting a nationality other than their actual nationality, presentation of a passport or identity document is mandatory upon check-in at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to reassess the price based on the official documents presented and to apply the current pricing policy. Any price differences arising in this context must be paid by the User.

Provide accurate and truthful information

Not infringe upon the rights of third parties

Complete payment transactions in full and on time

Keep account and booking details confidential

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings and purchases become valid once payment confirmation has been received.

Prices are subject to change depending on exchange rates, tax rates and the policies of service providers.

Cancellation and refund terms are subject to the rules of the relevant service provider (airline, hotel, coach company, etc.).

Zenrota cannot be held liable for any disruptions arising from the services provided by service providers (airline, hotel, coach company, car/villa/yacht rental company, etc.).

The information and content on our website are provided for general information purposes only; we do not guarantee their accuracy at all times.

Our company shall not be liable for any interruptions or damages arising from internet access issues, technical problems or third-party disruptions.

Intellectual Property Rights
